Hotel type dwelling complex (Daba Bakuriani)   Short analysis of the project Private property of not agricultural usage, the Plot of 3965 m2 area is projected for dwelling-complex in small town Bakuriani, near the territory of “old u.t.c.” the plot is surrounded by Didvelli slopes from the south-eastern side and on the north of it is the small-town Bakuriani. Didveli slopes are situated near the central road in 800 m distance from the plot. There is going on intensive constructing works of the funicular-way, so the entertainment centre is going to be placed near this territory. In a 600 m distance from the plot there is G. Topadze’s hotel and the funicular-way “Kokhta 2”, so called “Tatrebi”. The dwelling complex is divided for three blocks of different floors (3 entrance-halls), the flooring is from 3 up to 7 floor, with the garrets of high inclination. The first floor and the cellar-floors are intended to be used for the public service units: ware-house for skies and the hire out;, supermarket, shop, chemistry, restaurant-snacking-bar, billiard-bar, sauna, training-hall, swimming-pool with dressing rooms, additional spaces: boiler-house, reservoir, generator. The project foresees the open parking for 70 cars and the closed parking for 12 cars. There are 71 one-rooms, 39 two-rooms, 8 three-rooms and 1 four-rooms flats compactly planned in the dwelling complex. The height of the first floor is 4,50m, and for the rest of the floors the height is 3,15m. Constructively the complex is foreseen for 9 number seismological stability. It is built in reinforced-concrete carcass variant, the garret kind roofs in metal carcass.
